DESCRIPTION
A Cylinder Kit, identified by part number 3801829, is a set of components used in the engine of a truck to create combustion. It includes a cylinder liner, piston, piston rings, and wrist pin. The cylinder liner is a cylindrical sleeve that fits into the engine block and provides the surface for the piston to move up and down. The piston is a cylindrical component that moves up and down inside the cylinder liner, compressing fuel and air to create combustion. Piston rings are circular metal rings that fit around the circumference of the piston to form a seal between it and the cylinder wall. The wrist pin connects the connecting rod to the piston, allowing it to pivot as it moves up and down in response to combustion pressure.
