DESCRIPTION
The Fan Hub is a component of the cooling system in a truck that connects the engine to the fan blades. It consists of a hub assembly and a pulley that are bolted together and mounted on the front of the engine. The hub assembly contains bearings that allow it to rotate smoothly, while the pulley provides traction for the belt that drives it. The fan hub is responsible for transmitting power from the engine to the fan, which helps cool down the radiator and prevent overheating. In case of failure, it can cause damage to other components in addition to increased risk of engine overheating.
